OMFG.my hands are aching like shit larhh.had 1hr20mins of drumming.playing non-stop.fast.my hands were so tensed.i'm always like that when i play fast.don't know why.i'm always thinking that i will drop the stick or screw up.something like that.maybe that's why i can't do a rollllllllll well.Elieen once told me to loosen up.I can't.
